Terms of Service

Last updated: March 16, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By using UroLens and its tools, including PSA Guide and Hematuria Guide, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use these tools.

Nature of the Service

UroLens is a suite of health education and clinical decision support tools developed by Chandler MedTech LLC. PSA Guide provides general educational information about PSA (prostate-specific antigen) test results based on population-level data and published clinical guidelines. Hematuria Guide provides guideline-concordant clinical decision support for the evaluation of hematuria based on AUA 2020 guidelines. Both tools use deterministic scoring engines and AI-generated natural language summaries.

Not Medical Advice

UroLens tools do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. They do not establish a physician-patient relationship. The information provided is for educational and clinical decision support purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

No Warranty

UroLens and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Chandler MedTech LLC does not warrant that the tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information provided will be applicable to your individual medical situation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chandler MedTech LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use UroLens or any of its tools. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if Chandler MedTech LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Clinical Scoring

UroLens tools use deterministic scoring engines based on published clinical guidelines. PSA Guide follows the AUA/SUO Early Detection Guideline and assigns educational tiers representing general clinical patterns. Hematuria Guide follows AUA 2020 guidelines and assigns risk tiers (low, intermediate, high) based on patient factors. In both tools, AI language models generate natural language summary text but do not determine tier or risk assignments.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into UroLens tools. Inaccurate inputs may result in output that does not reflect your actual clinical situation. You agree not to use UroLens tools as a substitute for professional medical evaluation.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of UroLens and its tools are the property of Chandler MedTech LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on UroLens without express written permission.

Modifications

Chandler MedTech LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of UroLens after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
